Terms and Conditions for Products and Services

Welcome to ThriveHER Inc and ThriveHER Movement Coaching and Consulting. By purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

4. Shipping and Delivery (for Physical Products)

  • Shipping: We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery: We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Products: If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Services: If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss a resolution, which may include a refund or credit towards future services.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
